High West double rye, Chartreuse, dry Vermouth, and sweetened with a little maple syrup. Served over a large ice cube.
Bitter Old Pal
Bulliett Rye, Campari, dry Vermouth, and a dash of Peychards. Served up.
Gin, Aperol, Green Chartreuse and fresh grapefruit. Served up.
Late Uncle Paolo
Named after one of our favorite co-workers. Muddled lime, Espolon Blanco, Elderflower liquor and grapefruit.
Ancho Chili Manhattan
Buffalo Trace Whiskey, sweet vermouth, bitters, and Ancho Reyes that kicks it up a notch with a little spice on the back end. Served up or on the rocks.
